The following music video was made to prove a point, I wanted my children to see that anything is possible. I don't have the greatest singing voice nor the best lyrics but I do have a boldness to me that I cannot hide sometimes. So I wanted to show them that being bold is where it's at, even though on this vid I am not doing anything too crazy, for someone that has no musical background and is going to be 50 in 4 years this is kind of bold... The beat was made by my talented Son Armani "Arms" Giovanny. He has thousands of beats and over 300 written songs just sitting not being exposed to the world. So I asked him to sponsor my song and boom! This is what I came up with.

I love miniatures I have not made too many of them, so for this tutorial I decided to go with a stock pot I really enjoyed making this cute mini. I don't know about you, but I am obsessed with clear gesso I use it on almost all of my paintings, so I decided to play around with some recipes and this is by far the best DIY clear gesso I could come up with. I still love the store bought gesso and I still use it. But it's nice to have my DIY Clear Gesso at hand.

I love to play around with clay and what better way to play than with air dry clay! This is one of my favorite recipes, I think the wood glue has a lot to do with the durability of this awesome clay.

Back on the cooking mode!

I am far form being a cooking guru, but I just had to share this recipe.

I really do not like being in the kitchen too long, so when I find easy, tasty and super fast recipes, I am there!

My family really enjoys this ceviche, especially with the warm weather inching in, cool and simple recipes are in order. Not to mention that it is pretty healthy compared to some other foods I have been consuming.

What I like about this ceviche is that it can be consumed in less than an hour, since we are using cooked shrimp.

I really do not like adding olive oil to my ceviches recipes, but it is an option if you want to add more texture to the recipe. I personally like it just the way I make it.

6 ingredients and top them off on a tostada or crackers and your good to go!

How cool is that?!

Hi!

I don't usually post food videos, but I just had to post this one. I never did like cactus and I hardly even took the time to learn about the benefits of said food. As I grew older I heard great things about cactus and their versatility (they can be eaten cooked or raw!)

The nutritional value of cactus and benefits of eating them surely outweighed my dislike for them, so I did some research and found out they are extremely beneficial.

Cactus will help you get rid of water weight, they have anti-inflammatory benefits as well as anti cancer properties and reduces blood sugar levels (very useful in combating diabetes).

Cactus will also improve bowel movements, help you loose weight and get rid of stomach parasites just to name few of the qualities of this amazing plant.

My Dear Aunt Martha gave me this recipe and I am totally grateful for it, I want to share it with the world now. Maybe it will make one of you want to try it and find out how delicious cactus can be!
